Processing: Your uploaded photos are sent to our AI system to generate pool design images. This process is automated and no human reviews your photos unless you contact support with a specific issue.
Storage duration: Uploaded photos are stored on our secure servers for 30 days to allow you to access your generated designs. After 30 days, uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our processing servers.
Generated designs: AI-generated pool design images are stored in your account for as long as your account is active, so you can access them at any time.
No AI training on your photos: We do not use your uploaded backyard photos or generated designs to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in to contribute to model improvement.
No marketing use without consent: We will not use your uploaded photos or generated designs in marketing materials, social media, galleries, or advertisements without your explicit written permission.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
